The National Title Examination Standards Resource Center was initially funded by the American Bar Association and is currently maintained by the Oklahoma Bar Association. The Center houses a collection of more than 30 sets of Title Standards from across the United States. It also provides contact information and ordering instructions for all currently available Title Standards. Professional articles concerning the development and maintenance of Title Standards are also included in the Center's collection. |
The Oklahoma Bar Association Real Property Law Section is one of the most active Sections in the state with over 600 members. The Section has three active Committees, including the Legislative Committee, the Education Committee, and the Title Examination Standards Committee.

Kraettli Q. Epperson is a real property attorney in private practice in Oklahoma City. He is also an adjunct law professor at Oklahoma City University, chairperson of the Oklahoma Title Examination Standards Committee, and director of the National Title Examination Standards Resource Center. |
